Optimizing drug discovery and development for Autoimmune conditions with clinico-genomics

Autoimmune diseases are highly prevalent, complex and often heterogeneous in nature, making them difficult to diagnose, treat, and manage. A precision approach using both clinical and genomic data can illuminate deeper insights and optimize biomarker discovery and clinical development for major Inflammatory and Immunological (I&I) diseases.

Helix’s diverse and fully consented clinico-genomic cohort of diverse patients includes:

• Individuals diagnosed with major conditions such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, IBD, Celiac’s disease, Hashimoto’s and many more.
• Bi-directional EHR data access plus full laboratory testing results relevant for immunological conditions including, but not limited to, Metabolic & CBC panels, ESR tests, C-reactive protein tests, rheumatoid factor tests and more. 
• Access to the Helix Research Network database in the form of yearly data licenses and/or translational research collaborations
